Founded in 1989, SpecCrop is a family-owned agricultural company with deep roots in the San Joaquin Valley. Led by Kevin and Diane Herman, our story is one of passion, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. As third-generation farmers, Kevin and Diane bring a wealth of experience and a shared vision to everything we do.

Kevin’s agricultural journey started long before SpecCrop's founding. Raised in California’s farming heartland, he has been farming independently since 1978, drawing on his family’s farming legacy. His deep hands-on experience and farm management expertise have been key to SpecCrop's success. Diane complements Kevin’s skills with her background in HR and insurance, ensuring smooth operations and a supportive work environment for the team.
